We live in the world of modern medicine, where we rely on trips to the doctor, pharmacy or even our computer to diagnose and treat whatever ails us. These days it’s rare to hear about a true, unique medical mystery or miracle. But today on Katie, you’ll meet three of those cases: there’s 13-year-old Ashlyn Blocker aka “the girl who feels no pain” and Brooke Greenburg, a 20-year-old woman who doesn’t age and appears to be 1-year-old. I also speak with Dr. Eben Alexander, a Harvard brain surgeon who says he visited Heaven while in a week-long coma and has the evidence to prove it.
