Five years ago, Texas mother Hannah Overton was convicted of killing her foster son by poisoning him with salt. Although currently serving life behind bars, she and her family claim she is innocent and are fighting to get her sentencing overturned. Today on Katie, you’ll hear from Hannah herself and meet her husband Larry Overton and their five children. Since Hannah’s imprisonment, Larry has been raising their family on his own, making weekly trips to visit her in jail and doing special things to keep her involved with the day-to-day events of the children.
