After her battle with breast cancer and their struggle to start a family together, Giuliana and Bill Rancic are celebrating this Thanksgiving with their new baby. And it’s been almost a year since the plane propeller accident that made headlines across the country, but today Lauren Scruggs joins me to talk about her recovery and new outlook on life.
