Reality TV stars Giuliana and Bill Rancic have a long list of things to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. From Giuliana’s battle with breast cancer to the couple’s very public fertility issues, it has been a rollercoaster year for the Rancics. But fortunately, their story has a happy ending. After struggling for months to start a family on their own, Giuliana and Bill eventually turned to surrogacy and in August they welcomed baby boy Edward Duke.
