It was another exciting week on Katie, with powerful stories and exciting guests. On Monday, Katie sat down with Thomas Kennedy and Audrey Edmunds, who both lost years of their lives sitting behind bars for crimes they didn’t commit. Thomas was falsely accused of rape by his own daughter and Audrey was wrongly convicted of murdering an infant. On Tuesday, we celebrated staying healthy at all ages with the amazing Jane Fonda! At nearly 75-years-old, she revealed her secrets to staying young. On Wednesday, from top movies and TV shows to the biggest celebrity scandals, we counted down the biggest and best moments of 2012, as decided by you on Facebook. On Thursday, the show went to the dogs…literally! We devoted a whole hour man’s-best-friend with Dancing With The Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba. And we wrapped up the week with G.T.L… K? That’s right! The cast of Jersey Shore fist-pumped their way onto Katie to talk about the hit MTV reality show’s six seasons and upcoming finale. We were also joined by Newark Mayor Cory Booker, who told us about his participation in the SNAP Challenge, living off of a food budget of $30 a week to shine a light on what it’s like living on food stamps in the State of New Jersey.
