This important show is all about what your kids are doing that you don’t know about. First, Katie talks exclusively to Emily Bauer, a Texas teen who ended up in a coma and nearly brain dead after smoking synthetic marijuana. Then, Katie speaks to several teens who have experimented with dangerous club drugs and attempted deadly dares.
- Tonya Bauer’s 17-year-old daughter, Emily, was left brain damaged and paralyzed after smoking synthetic marijuana. Tonya decided to take Emily off life support after doctors said she would never regain consciousness.

- Tonya had no idea Emily was experimenting with synthetic marijuana, nor was she aware of the dangers. Now it’s her mission to raise awareness.
- Synthetic marijuana is popular because it’s easy to obtain, but it isn’t the only dangerous substance your teen may be using to get high. “Matthew” got hooked on Molly for about five months.
- Not only was “Matthew” hooked, but he also sold the drug to support his own habit, which included meth and heroin. “Matthew” has been clean for 154 days.
- Another dangerous new teen trend is kids risking their lives to go viral. Natalie Huff (left) was critically injured after being dared to “car surf,” ride on the roof of a moving car.
- Dejah Reed was hospitalized when a cinnamon challenge – another dangerous dare – nearly killed her.
- Seth Leach (left) makes money shooting and starring in dangerous dare videos.
